Our 2025 Faith Build Partner

Abla is originally from Togo, West Africa. She came to the USA in 2010 to join her former husband. Their relationship was difficult. In 2011, she moved out with her two children. As a goal setter, Abla set two goals, a healthier career choice and a secure place where she and her children could live peacefully and affordably.  

In 2022, she started a medical assistance program and graduated. Then, she started dreaming of home ownership. That same year, friends of hers who are Habitat Boone County homeowners, shared their experience with her. This gave her hope! So much HOPE! She applied, worked through the program and now, as she says "I know that with God, ALL things are possible!" She is looking forward to her new home in Grace Fields!
